KEERVA exists because most people are asked to make career decisions with almost no structure: a job title, a salary range and a gut feeling. We think a career move should be explainable.
What KEERVA is
A career navigation platform: a structured way to understand where you are, which directions realistically fit, what they require, and what to do next. Not a job board, not a personality test, not a chatbot.
The problem we solve
Career advice is either too generic to act on or too personal to trust. People end up choosing by job title and salary alone, and discover the mismatch years later.
What we believe
Careers are built from direction, not from luck. If someone can see their realistic options and understand why those options fit, they make better decisions — and act sooner.
How we work
We build in the open. Every suggestion KEERVA makes must be explainable in plain language, or it does not ship.
What we will not do
We will not sell personal data, invent statistics or hide our logic behind a score. AI helps explain results; it never decides someone's career.
Explainability, agency and data trust
Every result comes with its reasoning. You stay the decision maker, you own your career data, and you control what is visible and to whom.
